Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is The Conference Centre’s largest and most distinguished event space, featuring soaring 20‑foot ceilings, customizable AV capabilities, and capacity for up to 1,000 guests. Ideal for conferences, trade shows and large‑scale receptions, this versatile ballroom can be divided into three sections—making it equally suited for breakout sessions or more intimate gatherings. Flexible configurations allow planners to tailor the space to a wide range of event formats and objectives.
Second Floor
Six additional meeting and event spaces are available on the second floor, including fully customizable meeting rooms and an executive boardroom. Event spaces feature AV and tech set-ups, a modern and professional aesthetic, and large windows and warm lighting, creating an ideal setting for meetings, training sessions, private events and presentations. These rooms provide the flexibility and functionality needed for professional gatherings of any kind.
Third Floor
The third floor of the venue features four modern event spaces, including an executive boardroom and three larger and more versatile rooms. With grand windows, city views and integrated AV for seamless presentations and hybrid experiences, these meeting rooms are perfect for workshops, training sessions and company gatherings. Designed for comfort and flexibility, they can be set in a variety of configurations to suit events of any size.
